how do, WE.. as an Audiologist get to know our Patient?

back to basic.. History taking, is one of the foundation technique that is essential for an Audiologist..

recently, me myself.. had ignored and makes short each time of introduction period..

but, the main rule is it's a priceless time, where we are able to get cue, and get to know how deep the problem are towards each patent. beside, it's also able to give u a hint, and what the possible diagnosis that the patient might had..

instead of keep doing it "macam nak tak nak".. ikhlaskan hati. put a soul on your job.. because.. 

"patient dont care how much YOU KNOW.. until they know haw much YOU CARE!!!"
